aplaws.org is back

Some time ago, a domain grabber managed to hijack our domain aplaws.org and thus deprived
of the use by the project for several years. Thanks to Jens Pelzetter, University
of Bremen, we were able to conquer the domain back.
We now face the task of rebuilding the content.
Currently we are busy testing the new release and publish as soon as possible. After that, we will devote ourselves to the Web site. In the meantime, the information is a bit short here.
